Taking a large financial industry data center as the research object, and aiming to achieve air volume supply-demand matching and reduce the energy consumption of the fans of the terminal precision air conditioning, this paper carries out the optimization and commissioning of the precision air conditioning. Firstly, by analysing the historical operation data of the precision air conditioning, the operation characteristics are summarized and the energy-saving potential is exploited. Secondly, the commissioning scheme and emergency fallback scheme are formulated, the operation parameters and control logic of the precision air conditioning are optimized, and the air distribution in the computer room is improved. Finally, the temperature change at the air inlet of IT equipment and the energy-saving effect of the precision air conditioning are analysed. The results show that after commissioning, the local hot spots in the IT room are reduced, and the energy consumption of the precision air conditioning is reduced by more than 50%.
